  • Proper lifting technique with constant coach feedback
  • Progressive strength building, bodyweight to barbell
  • Gym etiquette and safety protocols
  • Strength & conditioning circuits
  • Programme design fundamentals (progressive overload, sets, reps, rest)

How the age & level split works

Foundation classes (ages 13–16) focus on safety basics, fundamental movements, and confidence. Progression classes (ages 16–19) move on to advanced techniques, barbell work, and independent programme design. Teens can join mid-programme and the coaches will support them in catching up.
