Teen Personal Training
Ages 13–17
Private 1-2-1 sessions built around your teenager's specific goals: sport, strength, fitness, or confidence. Flexible scheduling.
- 1-2-1 coaching with their own trainer
- Flexible session times, 45 or 60 min
- DofE Physical-section qualifying
- From £45 / session, non-expiring packs

Small Group
Teen Strength Club
Ages 13–19
Coached small-group strength classes following a structured curriculum. Fixed weekly timetable, gender-separated, age-tiered.
- Small groups of 6–8 teens
- Mon / Tue / Wed at 16:15
- Boys & Girls classes, foundation & progression levels
- From £12.50 / class in a block

A note on payments
Each programme has its own pricing and packages.Credits bought for Teen PT can't be used at Teen Strength Club, and vice versa. They're different services with different costs. If you want your teen to do both, you'll buy a pack for each. We're always happy to talk through what makes most sense for your teen, so just get in touch.
