Private studio, no gym floor
A safe, welcoming, distraction-free environment. No busy gym floor and no uncomfortable atmosphere.
Experienced youth coaches
DBS-checked trainers who understand how to coach teenagers and the specific demands of youth training.
Goal-based programming
Every session is planned around their goals: sport, strength, fitness, or confidence.
Progress tracking
Regular check-ins and progress milestones to keep teens motivated and moving forward.
Enhanced DBS checked
Every N10ergy trainer who works with young people holds a current Enhanced DBS check, the highest level of background screening available.
DofE Physical Award qualifying
Qualifies as 1 × 60-minute session per week or 2 × 45-minute sessions per week. Written confirmation provided for the assessor.

Block pricing. Commit more, pay less per session.
Per-session rates depend on weekly commitment — the more often you train, the lower the rate. Sessions in a block expire 1 month after purchase.

How it works
Four steps from enquiry to first session.

Fill in the consultation form
Two minutes. Parent or teen can complete it. Tell us their goals and any medical history.

Free taster session
Meet the trainer, walk through the studio, talk through what to expect. Parents are welcome.

Build the plan together
Their goals, sport commitments, and school schedule shape the programme.

Train each week, track progress
Same coach every session. Regular milestones keep them motivated and moving.

All Teen PT takes place at our private studio at 2 Summerland Gardens, Muswell Hill. You're welcome to stay or wait nearby, whatever you're comfortable with. Call us any time on 07415 592846.
