    I qualified as a Personal Trainer from the highly accredited YMCAFIT in 2019 and have loved my work ever since.

    Whether I`m working with new starters who are just beginning their fitness journeys, more experienced individuals who want to push to more ambitious targets or leading classes for larger groups, I am passionate about seeing people develop over time and observe the positive impact training can have on every aspect of their lives.
